TERMS OF USE

LinkTrace is a link management and install attribution platform for startups and app developers that enables users to:

• Create short links and deferred deep links
• Track traffic analytics
• Monitor app install attribution
• Manage referral and growth campaigns
• Analyze traffic and install sources
• The services are offered on a free and subscription-based model.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have authority to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

LinkTrace offers:

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard settings.

Important:

• Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
• You will retain access to paid features until the current billing period expires.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
• Failure to cancel before renewal will result in automatic billing for the next cycle.

LinkTrace follows a strict SaaS-standard no-refund policy.

All payments are non-refundable once processed.

No refunds will be issued for partial usage.

No refunds will be issued for subscription renewals.

However, in exceptional circumstances, refunds may be granted solely at the discretion of Knudge Technology Private Limited.

Approval of a refund in one instance does not obligate us to provide refunds in future cases.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
• Engage in fraudulent attribution or install manipulation
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Circumvent security measures
• Reverse engineer or copy the service
• We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaged in abuse.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including:

• Software
• Branding
• Design
• Analytics systems
• Documentation
• remain the exclusive property of Knudge Technology Private Limited.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Platform.

While LinkTrace provides analytics and attribution insights:

• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of attribution data.
• Analytics depend on third-party platforms, SDK implementations, and integrations.
• We are not responsible for discrepancies caused by platform restrictions or external systems.
• You are responsible for proper SDK integration and configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Knudge Technology Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of revenue or business opportunity
• Data loss
• Attribution discrepancies
• Third-party service interruptions

Our total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the preceding three (3) months.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may:

• Modify features
• Suspend services for maintenance
• Update pricing or plans

Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Engage in fraud or misuse
• Fail to pay subscription fees

Upon termination: Your access will be revoked. Data retention will follow our internal policies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
